Olde Cape Cod
Our adorable Inn on beautiful Cape cod is family owned and operated. In our ground-level inn, all rooms overlook the sparkling outdoor swimming pool, where you can relax poolside on lounge chairs and feel the gentle breezes. We also have a family picnic area with gas grills. A great shaded spot to enjoy a cookout! We also have microwaves, refrigerators and dining tables in all rooms to help defray the cost of dining out. All of our rooms are non-smoking and we don’t allow pets.
Perfect Location
We are located in West Harwich, a wonderful Cape Cod town that truly has kept that “Cape Cod quaintness.” Harwich is centrally located on Cape Cod, easy day trip to Provincetown, Woods hole or Boston and 15 minute drive to Chatham. Harwich has great restaurants, adorable shops, fun-filled activities for the kids (mini-golf, trampolines, bumper boats, batting cages, go-carts, etc.) fishing, golf, kayaking, tennis and the list goes on…. There is a ferry to Nantucket, wonderful bike and conservation trails, museums, playhouse and best of all, beautiful beaches! Pleasant Rd. Beach, a warm water ocean beach on Nantucket Sound, is just a 12 minute walk from our inn.
Our Rooms
Our “spotless” rooms are reminiscent of “Olde Cape Cod”: wallpaper, wainscoting, charming touches. Yet they have all the modern conveniences you need: refrigerators, microwaves, cable TV, AC, heat, irons and ironing boards, full baths with tub and shower and a family size dining table. Our king rooms have electric fireplaces. All of our rooms are non-smoking.

My husband and I have been coming to the Cape since we were children . Once we married we summered here with our children and then grandchildren .

and Bed and Breakfasts. Beach Breeze is by far the BEST place we have ever stayed !
The room wAs spacious , fresh , airy , immaculate and well appointed . It also was very quiet and private . The bed was extremely comfortable , too .
It is very Olde Cape Cod - quaint and beachy - but missing nothing in the modern amenities . I told my husband I wanted to go to the Cape and FEEL like I was on the Cape. The landscaping and pool are beautiful and each room looks out over the lovely flowering baskets and the pool .
Everything is on one level which is very important with small children or older people . Parking is right out side your door .
And a wonderful beach is a short walk or drive away . Everything is convenient !
In addition the staff are caring and this inn is owned by a family that takes great pride in their property and making their guests feel like family.
We were blessed and will be back !

Loved this place! The room was immaculate. I have been a housekeeper before so I'm extra particular and I think this room was cleaner than clean. The lovely housekeeper restocked... read more extra coffee because I believe she noticed I drank all the regular 😂 The staff was friendly, helpful. The location is great, with a nice, quiet beach nearby and many eating options, as well as shopping. I would definitely stay here again. The decor is cute too without being too cheesy or obnoxious. Overall perfect stay for our anniversary weekend.

I took away one star from the room, I actually would only like to take away half a star I think it just needed some minor updates. The room itself... read more though was very cute, I love the decor was very welcoming, the bedding is super nice. I would 100% you staying here over a brand name hotel any day. The staff was incredible you couldn't ask for a nicer hostess. Although they do not officially offer a breakfast there is an assortment of pastries available at any time of the day, and they have a really good selection of teas. Coffee is also available. The pool is very clean and well kept. This place is next to a lot of really cool places to visit and an incredibly nice Beach. We had such a good time thanks to the recommendation of our innkeeper/hostess I really don't know what to call her I wish I had her name available to me right now. The reason why I took away half a star for the room, is because we had found out after we had gotten there that all four of the rooms we had booked as a party of 11 had one water heater and it decided to mess up during our visit. Our hostess was very quick acting and had offered to have it fixed that night but it was kind of late and we were all able to get our showers. They were fully booked, so she couldn't switch our rooms which again was okay. This really ended up being a non-issue. Some background on me and some of my party members we have worked in the hotel industry before and we do not take these recommendations lightly, especially since we travel with children. But we all agreed that we would definitely stay there again if we ever have the opportunity to come back. That's a big deal. I also want to mention that despite all the inflation going on around during the season this place was very well priced, also I forgot to mention this is very close to a incredible Beach and our hostess was just full of local information that was really useful in getting us around and finding these places that we probably would have missed. So big thank you to her and the other staff that we have the pleasure of meeting. You have a wonderful establishment.
